You get started with a separately billed Specification Sprint, whose length varies with the effort involved and which ends with a finished specification. Decide to go ahead with the role and there’s no further setup fee. Compliance roles (e.g. HR) on request.
Our social promise
For every active digital employee, Hainzelman pays a symbolic employee contribution to projects that mirror the pillars of the German social system — bindingly. You can additionally cover the employer’s share, just as you would for any human colleague.

Concretely: the contribution is 3 % of the monthly role price (e.g. €15 for a €500 standard role, €45 for a €1,500 specialist role) — not a flat amount. These are symbolic shares, scaled to the economic logic of the digital employee, not the full social-insurance rates. We go considerably further than any other provider in our market and are open to future statutory regulation.
