2. Collection and processing of personal data
2.1 Server log files
When you visit our website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address (anonymised)
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website). This data is not merged with other data sources.
2.2 Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the information from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Categories of personal data processed:
- Name (first and last name)
- Company
- Email address
- The content of your message
The processing of the data entered into the contact form is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
We use the service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market St., Suite 5451, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to transmit emails. Resend processes your data exclusively to transmit the enquiry to us. A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Resend.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after completion of your enquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
3. Disclosure of data
Your personal data is only passed on to third parties if:
- you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR),
- disclosure is necessary to fulfil a contract with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR),
- there is a legal obligation to disclose (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR), or
- disclosure is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Hosting by Cloudflare
This website is hosted on infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 5. Your rights

7. Cookies and consent management
On your first visit to our website, we display a notice (cookie banner) through which you decide for yourself whether optional analytics services may be loaded. Until you actively consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google. Technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the website are not covered by this.

8. Web analytics with Google Analytics
This website uses — only after your consent — Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). 9. Validity and changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid and dated June 2026. As our website and offering develop, or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
