With years of entrepreneurial experience, he ensures AI solutions are integrated into company processes in a practical, efficient and seamless way — focused on giving SMEs full control over their data and a gradual, secure AI rollout.
As Managing Director & Chief Product Officer, Collin is responsible for product and AI strategy as well as consulting. With over 20 years of AI experience — including as a lecturer at TU Berlin — he drives innovative approaches and the development of the core components, for a platform that secures customers’ technological sovereignty and flexibility.
As COO, Boris is responsible for operational processes and supports companies with the configuration, integration and smooth operation of the Hainzelman solutions. As a graduate computer scientist with over 15 years of experience developing and maintaining complex IT systems, he ensures the platform’s solid technical foundation.
As CTO, Davor is responsible for the software architecture, leads the development team and shapes the company’s technological future. He ensures the systems are scalable, performant and secure — and can be integrated into customers’ systems in a standardised, modular way.
